Under the supervision of a coordinating doctor, Emergency Medical Care Unit Assistants (EMCUA) treat all requests for visits in the Department of Seine-Saint-Denis, both day and night.
They will determine how urgent your situation is and plan a visit accordingly. This will extend from telephone advice from a doctor, to contacting the ambulance services in the event of a serious emergency.
So you will have to answer some specific medical questions about your state of health or that of your relative, in order to quickly identify the problem.
Our coordinating doctor will also collect from you the information the doctor needs to find your home, and thus respond to your request as quickly as possible.
